"I saw a fat cow that looked very beautiful grazing on the pastures of the field, but then I began to notice that the beautiful fat cow slowly started losing weight, turning very skinny until it became an ugly skeletal cow. It was so skinny and bony, that you could see its ribs sticking out." Interpretation: Genesis 41:26-27 "The seven good cows are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven years: the dream is one.
